- Collect from Brightway: no delivery fee. Wait for your ready-for-collection update before travelling.
- Standard delivery, coordinated by Brightway: GH₵30 per order.
- Priority delivery, coordinated by Brightway: GH₵50 per order.
These delivery options currently cover Ghana. Brightway arranges the courier and confirms the timing after your order; no fixed delivery time is guaranteed. Priority orders receive priority coordination.
After payment is verified, we prepare your order and arrange pickup. Please provide an accurate address and reachable phone number. We use these details to fulfil your order and share them with the assigned delivery provider when needed.
